All details and contact details for anyone over 18 living in the property and therefore applying to rent

All details of your earnings

If you are applying to rent and are in reciept of state benefit soley, you will need a guarantor if the amount is currently not evidenced (i.e. you will be using benefit claims you DO NOT currently recieve), please have their full details to hand

You will also need to earn (All income) 2.5 times the rent per month (In total between the applicants), or if you have/need a guarantor, they will need to earn 3.5 times the rent

In order to proceed, once your application has been accepted and you've viewed the property, you will be asked to pay us 1 weeks rent as a holding deposit, in order to secure the property and to begin the referencing process.

Then three days before your rental starts we will need your first months rent, and the remaining deposit which together with your holding fee is 5 weeks rent. Please see the property advert for exact figures.
