Terms and Guidelines
Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), KB BEAUTY is taking extra precautions for every appointment with enhanced sanitation/disinfection procedures in accordance with the Local, and provincial guidelines.
Salon Appointement Policies
When an appointment is booked, A courtesy appointment reminder will be sent out through text 48 hours before a scheduled appointment. Appointments will not be confirmed if the client or stylist is sick. Please cancel your appointments with 48-24 hours notice, if you fail to do so a last minute cancellation and/or no show fee will be applied. There is a 15 minute grace period for late clients. Keep in mind if a client is late this deducts time off scheduled appointments, and the full amount of the service will be charged. Please arrive on time.
In case of a no show %50 of the service will be charged and paid before their next appointment. No exceptions.
Appointment Prep
Please arrive make up free. Although at each appointment you will receive a free lash bath, this is to remove any leftover dirt, dust and oil. If there was too much make up a double or triple cleanse may be needed, resulting in lost lashing time. A fresh shower is recommended before your appointment. A restroom will be provided for the client before the service starts. Please dress comfy you will be laying down. Naps are encouraged.
Post Lash Appointment
Wash your lashes. It's the clients responsibility to keep their lashes clean. Failing to do so will result in unhealthy buildup on the lashes. Clean lashes will improve retention. The client will also be given a lash comb, and is responsible for brushing their lashes daily to avoid any tangled lashes. Avoid any heat directly on or around your lashes. Heat will cause the lashes to lose their curl or burn.
