1. Cancelation

~ In the event of an illness or misadventure, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. Sarah Collins Photography maintains the right to reschedule at any time should it become necessary but will do our upmost to negotiate a mutual acceptable rebooking. The request must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking.

2. Electronic Devices

~ Cameras are not permitted at any session but phone cameras, and videos are only permitted during any session if Sarah Collins Photography agrees to do so with the client.

3. Raw images

~ Sarah Collins Photography does not deliver images that have not been edited to the highest professional standard and to the style of her portfolio. *YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO APPLY FILTERS/EDIT Sarah Collins Photography's PHOTOGRAPHS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES*

4. Payment

~ Sarah Collins Photography will not start any gallery retouching/editing on finalised images until all payments have been finalised. Full payment of your chosen package must be paid before or on the day of your session.

5. Digital images

~ Once your gallery has been issued, selection of images must be finalised within 20 days (unless agreed otherwise). Sarah Collins Photography will provide you with assistance if required in choosing your images

Session Fee: The session retainer is due upon booking and is non-refundable. This fee secures your session booking and the current pricing structure. 

 

 

Model Release/Copyright:

 
Sarah Collins Photography retains the copyright on all images and reserves the right to use the images for advertising, display, publication, social media and/or other purposes for our portfolio. The client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Sarah Collins Photography. Under no circumstances, can a client use these images for profit, commercial endeavours, professional display, or in competition. Copying, snap shotting, saving or scanning images from the clients gallery, Sarah Collins Photography website, or social media sites is considered stealing, regardless of the intent for use. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file. 

SHARING images and links on the web from its main source is highly acceptable and encouraged to show family and friends your beautiful images.

 

Liability:

The client is aware if they choose to print their images through a personal chosen lab that the quality of the end result print of the digital files delivered is not under the control of the photographer, and frees Sarah Collins Photography from any liability for any potential claims whatsoever based upon discolouration in the end result.

If Sarah Collins Photography cannot fulfil this contract due to fire or other casualty, or beyond the control of the photographer, or due to the photographer’s illness or emergency, then the photographer shall return any deposit or sitting fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply if the event of photographic materials is damaged without fault on the photographer. The client releases any and all employees of Sarah Collins Photography from all liabilities, claims and damages that may result from any accidents or incidents that could have been prevented that may happen during the session.

Sarah Collins Photography is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. 

By signing this contract, you are agreeing not to copy, save, or reproduce images in anyway other than backing up your digital files. This includes copying and saving images from website, social media, or any there form of advertisement.

I have read and understood this agreement, including the terms and conditions, and agree to be bound to them.

I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor(s) named above and have the legal right and authority to execute the model release stipulations named in this contract on behalf of the minor. *
