THE OPERATION OF A CRAFT / MERCHANDISE BOOTH.
Returning vendors shall pay to Mauriceville Heritage Association (MHA) at time of application a vendor fee of $100.00 (12x12) / $150.00 (12x24) by March 16, 2023 to retain same space location. Vendor understands the payment is non- refundable. Full payment is required when application is submitted.
Vendor understands this is not an exclusive contract and that MHA shall enter into other vendor contracts with
VENDOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.Products to be sold will be listed on the third page of the contract 2. No prohibited items, weapons (including knives), or substances shall be sold. Any changes to items sold should be submitted to MHA for approval. 3. May not sub-lease space under any circumstances. Space location and placement is at the discretion of MHA 4. Vendor is responsible for collection / reporting of sales tax. 5. No Fireworks, music, prohibited items or give-a-ways, No selling of Alcoholic Beverages 6. Responsibility for obtaining all licenses, permits, health certificates, items required by governmental agencies required to operate lawfully are Vendor's responsibility. 7.To remain open for operation during the times stated above, vendors may stay open as late as desired. Closure prior to 7 is prohibited. No Vehicle traffic is permitted during event operation time due to insurance restrictions, please do not ask! Vehicles parked inside the fenced grounds after gates open will be towed at owners expense, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
8. All vending units, trailers, equipment, trash, etc. will be removed no later than the Sunday 4 PM after the event is closed. 9. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, MHA and its officers and directors, causes of action or damage of any kind, for injury to, or death of any person and/or damages to property arising out of the use and operation of this concession booth by Vendor, its agents, vendors, contractors, employees and/or participating members. This agreement to indemnify and hold harmless MHA specifically extends to any acts of omission or negligence on the part of the above, its officers, directors, employees and agents. 10. MHA will provide Vendor wristbands for admission to the event upon completion of all inspections. Vendor wristbands are limited to necessary workers only and must be worn for admittance. 11.Booth is 12'X 12' and 12' X 24'. Electricity will be provided nearby space. Maximum of 70 amps per space. Vendor agrees space not to exceed 70 amps, as MHA cannot guarantee service. Special electrical needs will be at the expense of the Vendor. Vendor will provide his or her own tables, chairs and pop up tent / Booth cover. No TENTS will be provided by MHA
No Vehicle Traffic from 4:00p.m. to 11:00 p.m.on Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 pm on Saturday. Anyone operating a vehicle or ATV inside the grounds during those hours will be removed from the property until Monday. Sunday will be available for clean up at 11:00 a.m. to 2pm. Vendors are responsible for their own set up and clean up. Do not ask or expect assistance from MHA volunteers. Make sure you are physically able to handle set up and tear down or arrange help for both. If grounds are wet, there will be no vehicle traffic allowed at all. MHA representatives will advise on arrival. Vehicles parked inside the fenced grounds after gates open will be towed at owners exp.
Failure to comply with any / all conditions will result in immediate expulsion from the event and may jeopardize any future invitation.
