Adults 18+ and parents MUST complete the below contract (for their child and any adult that will be present on the bus) before boarding the bus. Anyone without a complete and signed waiver will NOT be allowed to board the bus. By signing this, document you are acknowledging the policies listed below. Cancellation/Rescheduling: While we do not offer refunds or cancellations, we do offer

the opportunity to reschedule your party if the availability permits.

Bus Parking: Upon arrival, our bus driver will need to park in a practical area in order to

accommodate the party. We might need to park our bus on your neighborhood street, to which we suggest informing your neighbors (in the case they may object) or let us know if there is another preferred location for us to park. Please note that we will not park anywhere that can result in danger to a person, property, or equipment.

Payment Forms: A credit card is required in order to book your party. In order to

guarantee your event date, we do require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit in card form. We do not accept any other type of payment form.

Photo/Video Consent: By boarding "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus, you

consent and authorize "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus to use your image and likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media in any and all of "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus publications, including print or web-based publications. All photos, videos, and digital media captured by "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus and their partners belong solely to "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus.

Waiver for Adults: You agree to release and forever discharge "Mirys Magical World"

AKA The Magical Bus and their partners, employees, contractors, affiliates, officers, representatives, agents, and anyone claiming through them ("Released Parties"), in their individual and/or corporate capacities from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which you have or ever will have in the future against "Mirys

Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus and their Released Parties. By signing this form,

you agree and represent that you understand the nature of the activity ("Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus packages), and understand your experience and capabilities, and believe you are qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in the activities on "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus. You agree and warrant that if, at any time, you believe the conditions to be unsafe, you will immediately discontinue further participation in the activities. You agree that

your safety is primarily your own responsibility. You agree and fully understand that (a) this activity involves risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including the potential for permanent disability, paralysis, and death and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce these risks of serious injury; (b) these risks and dangers may be caused by your own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the activities, the conditions in which the activities take place, and/or the negligence of other participants; (c) there may be other risks and/or social and economic losses either not known to you or not readily foreseeable at this time. You knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of those participating and/or leading the activities, and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages to you incurs as a result of your participation in the activities. You agree to release and forever discharge "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus and their partners, employees, contractors, affiliates, officers, representatives, agents, and anyone claiming through them ("Released Parties"), in their individual and/or corporate capacities from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which you have or ever will have in the future against "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus and their Released Parties, and you hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus and their Released Parties from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on you caused, or alleged to be caused, in whole or in part by the negligence of "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus and their Released Parties, and you further agree that if, despite this waiver, that you, your Minor Child, or anyone on you or your Minor Childs behalf, makes a claim against "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus and their Released Parties, you will indemnify, save and hold harmless each of "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus representatives and Released Parties from any litigation expenses, attorney fees at all levels of litigation including appeals, loss, liability, damage, or cost which may be incurred as the result of such claim.

Waiver for Minors: Parents, by signing this form, you agree and represent that you understand the nature of the activity ("Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus

packages), and understand your Minor Child experience and capabilities, and believe your Minor Child to be qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in the activities on "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus and do not know of any condition or reason why your Minor Child should not participate. You agree and warrant that if, at any time, you or your Minor Child believes the conditions to be unsafe, your Minor Child will immediately discontinue further participation in the activities. You agree that your Minor Child's safety is primarily your own responsibility. You agree and fully understand that (a) this activity involves risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including the potential for permanent disability, paralysis, and death and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce these risks of serious injury; (b) these risks and dangers may be caused by your Minor Child's own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the activities, the

conditions in which the activities take place, and/or the negligence of other participants; (c) there may be other risks and/or social and economic losses either not known to you or not readily foreseeable at this time. You knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of those participating and/or leading the activities, and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages to you or your Minor Child incurs as a result of your Minor Childs participation in the activities. COVID CONSENT: Important Information During This Time - "Mirys Magical World"

AKA The Magical Bus shall take all protective measures possible consistent with current guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC Adults 18+ and parents acknowledge that you are choosing to participate and board "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus during the COVID-19 pandemic, and you understand and recognize that "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus cannot fully control, manage, or eliminate the spread of the COVID-19 virus even with the implementation of these practices. Adults 18+ and parents agree that participation on "Mirys Magical World" AKA The Magical Bus is completely optional and by doing so shall be undertaken at your own risk and you assume the full responsibility for the risk.
