Go to your favorite insurance company, (judged by commercials?? -  the Gecko, Flo, or Mayhem?) and get an insurance quote.  You will have to change your age slightly to make yourself 18. (Won't insure anyone under 18.)
The car you choose should be something close to what you think you will be driving.

The quote must include

1. Liability (choose any limits you want)

2. You must also have uninsured motorist coverage.
