     We involve you, the customer in everything we do from start to finish! Team work makes the dream work after all right? At Bodied, we take pride in the work we deliver and have a variety of popular cosmetic services riders like you seek!

  • How Did Bodied by Layne come about?

    How & why we were created
  • Bodied by Layne all started with just a girl and her bike. I got tired of wanting/needing cosmetic work done on my sportsbike. I went down the day before my 30th birthday and ordered parts that same night when I got home! I put my entire bike back together in 8 days; new plastics, grips, everything! That's when I realized I had been holding out! After that, it was history.

     

    I thought about the industry and who really caters to these bikes and if you've been riding long enough, you know the answer is slim to none. Bodied by Layne is here to change that. We offer a variety of cosmetic services and guess what; we only work on sportbikes!

  • How do I book an appointment?

    -OR- you can use this  linktree link and select the service(s) you need. All service requests will require the request form to be filled out fully and submitted with a consultation before you can book an appointment. Once both steps are completed, we'll call you to pick a time that's right for you

  • Why do I have to fill out the service form AND receive a consultation?

    Your right, it is! It's also totally necessary for a job well done. The service form is designed to help us determine exactly what it is your looking for out of your project. They give us a general idea to start with like what colors and style your looking for. We believe anything "custom" should involve you. We're only here to help you execute your vision! 

    Why the Consultation?

     The consultation is an opportunity to discuss your service form in more detail. We're personable people and still want to actually talk to you rather than over the computer. Seriously though, this is time for you to ask questions, express concerns, share comments and time for us to discuss possible visions with you

  • Do you work on all bikes?

  • Not every bike is created equal :(

     Unfortunately no, just sportbikes. However, if your ride a Harley-Davidson model, I have partners that I work closely with that can discuss those needs with you; and they're right on site! Email us to inquire

  • How long does it take?

  • We strive to keep our turnaround periods super low! On average a full Body work service request (pre-painted fairings) could take about 2 weeks if not sooner. Same applies for a seat upholstery service request. Some miscellaneous installs can be done on the spot while you wait in most cases but some could vary a couple days.

     Our goal is to provide you with quality work. To do this we need a little bit of patience pretty please, and time to work creative magic. It'll be worth it in the end...trust!

  • What if I need more than just cosmetics?

  • We ONLY work on the cosmetics scale. If you need major mechanical work done, I have partners that I work closely with that can provide those services to you. This will be on a client needs basis and can be discussed further. You'll need a consultation with them to discuss your needs in detail. Email us to inquire

  • Will you install Bodywork or pieces I bring to you?

  • Got your parts already? We'll install them

    If you've ordered your parts already we'll gladly install them for you. However, please make sure it is the right piece and fitment for your bike. If modifications need to be made, we can accommodate most of those. There will be an additional fee for mods. If the pieces are completely wrong and need to be replaced we will notify you to discuss. The cost of parts will be added to your final bill PLUS the modifications surcharge. (CHECK PAYMENTS/SURCHARGES & FEES FAQ for pricing)

  • How/when do I pay?

     Payment is done two (2) separate ways. The first payment is a DEPOSIT. This deposit will go towards total bill and will purchase parts needed. The deposit is needed PRIOR to booking an appointment and work starting. 

    The second payment is your FINAL payment. This payment will include fees such as disposal fee, modification (mod) fee (if applicable), storage fees (if applicable) and work done.

     

    Acceptable payments 

    We're accepting all cash payments, Cash app, Zelle, & Paypal (NO CHECKS) ,*,Cash app payments are subject to a 2% fee,*

      

    Fees? What fees?

    Disposal fee $50- Unfortunately, sometimes it costs to get rid of stuff. This fee is charged to dispose of things properly like your old fairings (plastics) fluids, tires, etc.

    Modifications (Mods) surcharge $125- This fee is charged ONLY if you provide us parts that we need to modify or simply make work. This fee is also charged if parts provided WILL NOT work and need to be replaced with proper parts.

    Storage fees $25/day- Once your bike is complete we will notify you of its completion. You will have five(5) calendar days from the day of completion to pay and pick up your bike. On the 6th day, a $25/day storage fee will be applied to final bill.
