PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING TO TERMS AND CONDTIONS:

1. The Fuzzy Dawg reserves the right to refuse service to any dog that is determined to be unsafe to groom. (Some reasons may include deteriorating health, behavior issues, aggression, etc.)

2. The Fuzzy Dawg is a flea free salon. If your dog is found to have fleas there will be an additional charge of no less than $15.00 to treat the problem and clean/disinfect the salon.

3. For safety reasons the use of a muzzle may be necessary.

4. Appointments canceled with less than a 24 notice will be subject to late cancelation fee of 50% of estimated grooming costs.

5. “No call/ No show” appointments will be subject to the full cost of the grooming. The FuzzyDawg understands emergency’s happen, but if a pattern of “No call/ No show’s” occur we may no longer accept your pet as a client.

6. The Fuzzy Dawg does not have the facilities to hold dogs for any given length of time. Owners will be given an estimated pickup time and need to be available for immediate pickup. Pets left longer than 30 minutes will be subject to a late pick up fee.

7. Pictures of clients dog may be taken and shared on social media.
