  • Internship Position Introduction

    Thank you for applying for Innunco Academy’s Internship position.

    All employees in all positions would be required to work fully remote or hybrid which may require working at the Sheppard Ave West and Yonge St, Toronto Office location.

    To be eligible for this Internship position, the following requirements must be fulfilled:

    • The internship position may lead to full time/permanent management position after the internship contract completed.
    • This position is funded by the  SWPP /  Digital Skills for Youth funding program . In order to be qualified for this funding, Canadian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
    • The candidate must be Canadian PR or Citizen and we do not accept any work permit applicants for this position.
    • This is a 12-month internship position
    • You DO NOT REQUIRE knowledge and skills of computer languages and coding to get this position, we will provide necessary basic training at work, according to the assigned, nature of the workload. Therefore, we encourage applicants who study for any major to apply
    • We welcome candidates who have recently graduated from a post-secondary institution, following a degree/diploma program to apply:

    1) Recent graduates at Undergraduates or Master level

    2) Diploma or advance diploma programs at College level

    • The candidates who studies in the major related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Business and Social Science are considered a priority.
    • Basic English reading and writing ability, ability to communicate orally in English.
    • Chinese (Mandarin) speaking will be an asset.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

    • Creative thinking skills
    • Excellent communication skills

  • Recruiting Stage 2: Initial Phone Interview

    • You will receive a phone call from our HR department to conduct a brief 5 minute interview
    • You will be arranging an appointment with HR to come to our office for an in-person interview
  • Recruiting Stage 3: In-person Interview

    • Please bring a copy of the Diploma/Degree you received from the Canadian post-secondary institution and your driver license.
    • During the in-person interview, you will be given a written test for senior-leveled high school subjects in Math, Science, Physics, Biology, and English
    • This test will allow us to know your areas of strengthes and weaknesses regarding your background knowledge. This is so that we can place you with the appropriate division once you start working at our company.
    • Our senior management will also be interviewing you at this stage.
  • Recruiting Stage 4: Documentation preparation

    At this final stage, HR will present you with all documentations and discuss the following details with you: 

    • Contract of your internship placement
    • HR policies of the company
    • Information that you need to provide us before you start working
