  • Please read ALL the season options carefully before making a selection, the half season options have changed slightly.  You can no longer pick and choose your 10 days for half season, you can either do the first half or second half OR alternating weeks.  This simplifies the process for us and helps eliminate the open spots at the market. (PLEASE ONLY SELECT ONE PACKAGE)

  • -I, the undersigned, have read the entire Future Neenah Farmer’s Market Vendor Rules and Regulations, and agree to adhere to the rules and accept the terms that are outlined within it.

    -All authorized vendors participating in the Future Neenah Farmer’s Market shall be individually and severally responsible to Future Neenah for any loss, personal injury, deaths, and/or any other damage that may occur as a result of the vendor’s negligence or that of its servants, agents, and employees, and all vendors hereby agree to indemnify and save Future Neenah and the City of Neenah harmless from any loss, cost, damages, and other expenses, including attorneys’ fees, suffered or incurred by Future Neenah or the City of Neenah by reasons of the vendors’ negligence or that of its servants, agents and employees; provided that the vendors shall not be responsible nor required to indemnify Future Neenah of negligence of Future Neenah, its servants, agents or employees. No insurance is provided by Future Neenah to participants in the Future Neenah Farmer’s Market.

    -All information in this application and supplied to Future Neenah is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge.

    -I understand and agree to abide by them and any decisions made by Future Neenah, Inc. I release Future Neenah, Inc. and the City of Neenah from any liability whatsoever for theft, damage, injury or loss of any kind associated with the Future Neenah Farm Market. I will be responsible for and agree to pay any property damage or cleanup costs caused by my activities or anyone assisting me.

    -I grant and authorize Future Neenah, Inc. the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me to be used in and/or for any lawful promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or later discovered. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke this authorization in writing.

  • Application Process:

    Once your application is received, we’ll review the information and based on current make up of vendors, will approve, deny or waitlist your application. If you are approved, we will create your vendor agreement, send it to you for a signature. Once signed, you can return it, with your payment, to the Future Neenah office (135 W. Wisconsin Ave Neenah, WI 54956). All contact information will be available in the agreement.
