IT IS HEREBY AGREED THE UNDERSIGNED, AS A LICENSEE, WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OPERATION OF A CONCESSION BOOTH
In order to assist in making this Heritage Association profitable for all concerned, the Heritage Association is going to limit the number of booths that sell specific items.
VENDOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The entire amount of rent must be paid when the contract is returned. (20’ x 20’ are $200.00, 40’ x 40’ $250.00)
- The Heritage Association is not responsible for accidents caused by others negligence.
- No concealed weapons allowed on premises.
- Only items approved by the Heritage Association may be sold. No alcoholic beverages will be sold.
- You must furnish your own commercial food grade water hose and water hose hook ups
- You must have a holding water tank in your concession stand for clean and grey water. There will be no water hoses ran to the ditches.
- No moving vehicles on the festival grounds between the hours of 4:00p.m. to 11:00p.m.on Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday.
- No music except provided by the Heritage Association.
- The MHA will provide Security overnight Friday, May 6, 2022. The Mauriceville Heritage Association is not responsible for damaged or stolen property.
- Booths are not to be removed under any circumstances before 11 p.m. on Saturday May 6th, 2022.
- Booths must be removed by 3:00p.m. on Sunday, May 8, 2022. Any items left after 3:00p.m. on Sunday will become the property of the Heritage Association.
- No booth holder will be allowed to give away any merchandise being sold by any vendor.
- No refunds under any circumstances on booths of any type.
- The contract must be signed and returned to the Heritage Association by March 15, 2022 to reserve your space and items. A signed copy of the contract will be returned to vendor.
- Use of any ATV is restricted to those craft vendors who remain on the fairgrounds overnight. Vendors who have a valid handicap license and must use an ATV for mobility purposes must present such license in order to operate the ATV on festival grounds. Improper use of ATV during and after festival hours will result in expulsion of vendor i.e. “mudding” destroying for fairgrounds.
- Vendor will receive no more then one (1) parking pass and two (2) festival passes
- YOU MUST FURNISH YOUR OWN ELECTRICAL CORD FOR ELECTRICAL HOOK-UPS.

Failure to comply with any / all conditions will result in immediate expulsion from the event and may jeopardize any future invitation.
