CANCELLATIONS:
A. We do not tolerate “NO SHOWS”!!!!!
(Failure to attend a session during allotted scheduled shift(s) you selected without proof of an emergency circumstance (receipt for tow truck etc or a Doctor’s note is inexcusable). The consequence of doing so, regardless of the circumstances, is instant dismissal. TAMS©️ consciously chooses not to represent contractors who disregard & defame our reputation with such poor work ethic.
B. All cancellations for your excused contracted work must be made at the earliest possible time by a phone call to the shift manager/phone operator-on-duty to guarantee the message is definitely received.
C. If possible, cancellation of an excused shift must be made within 24 hours of the start time of shift to be missed so we can notify any pre-booked clients & attempt to arrange alternate entertainment in time. Putting it off to the last minute can make it extremely difficult for us to cover & reassign.
D. You may NOT re-allocate your bookings to another TAMS' Angel (sub-contractor) on your own. TAMS must be made aware of your absence & will try to re-allocate the shift based on our client’s requests & requirements.
E. Trying to 🍒-pick clients & attempting to refuse a session based on client's location, potential tip % based on demographic, & typical pay rate will not be tolerated.
COMMUNICATION:
A. It is your obligation as a contractor to have access to an active cell phone & be reachable within the time slots of your scheduled allocated time-frames to keep communication between you & TAMS open & operating smoothly.
B. You must answer all incoming work-related calls or return/reply as soon as possible. Ignoring calls intentionally can cause a huge disruption to our office's work flow & can hinder our phone operators’/shift managers’ employment obligations.
C. All appointments are dispatched to Angels by a phone call or a SMS text messages. You must reply to the SMS message from TAMS with “OK" at your earliest convenience to verify you did receive your next appointment. An “OK” is all that is required for TAMS to proceed with our operations. Failure to reply can hold up the operator's session allocation process.
D. Any changes to your availability after schedule submission or of standing schedule must be reported ASAP so that we can make sure our rosters are updated.
The options above apply to excused absences. There are no unexcused absences that are exempt from incurring fines or resulting in termination. Bottom line: Make sure you are totally aware that 98% of unexcused absences are most likely a guaranteed termination of representation. Very few exceptions exist, but are extremely rare. You are an independent contractor. By selecting your own schedule weekly, there are no acceptable excuses for not being able to make it to sessions that are scheduled during the times that you personally allocate on a weekly basis.
PERFORMANCE:
A. You must make yourself familiar with all of firm’s literature. ALWAYS positively represent TAMS©️’ firm at all times within your shift's duration. Please read our entire disclaimer & ask for any applicable clarifications.
B. It is recommended that you at least attempt to plan your night's schedule in advance when possible. If any appointment’s details need clarification, the office is happy to help. Assistance is provided if it is requested in advance. Staff Assistance must be completely necessary if requested inside of firm’s peak time slots (5pm-4am). Although we seek to provide you with complete & accurate booking details, our shift managers/phone operators are NOT to be used in lieu of GPS app/software or at your disposal to check addresses on a map site or spoon-feed a contractor turn-by-turn directions.
C. Your client’s details are provided to you usually with phone number omitted. In an instance the operator-on-duty is “in the weeds" with clients scheduling & other entertainer’s check in(s)/check out(s), if a client’s 📞 # is left visible...YOU ARE NEVER TO CONTACT ANY CLIENT DIRECTLY WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM MANAGEMENT. With granted permission from management, we also require that you keep your phone number's ID hidden/blocked for your privacy & to comply with your contractual obligations as outlined in the contract signed prior to beginning your duration of employment with TAMS©️.
D. If you are expecting to arrive at your session’s location later than ten (10) minutes after our one (1) hour lead time will expire, it is REQUIRED that you call TAMS & provide an updated ETA for your client's convenience. Fines may be incurred if you are later than our one (1) hour lead time which is an advertised expectation among our clients. DO YOUR BEST TO GET TO EVERY SESSION AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE TO BE ABLE TO COMPLETE AS MANY SESSIONS AS POSSIBLE! COMMON SENSE CLEARY STATES: THE MORE APPOINTMENT’S YOU CAN DO = THE MO$T 💵 AS POSSIBLE. Hustling is a great quality to possess.
E. Remember your obligatory session time requires you to complete the 1st ten (10) minutes of your entertainment 1-on-1 session is to include a gradual strip tease, companionship, &/or body rub. After the 1st ten (10) minutes or two (2) song play period for an appointment that is booked by "up to the hour," you must negotiate YOUR tips to fill up the remaining allowable forty (40) minutes. (In the remaining ten minutes, you should be making sure you are aesthetically presentable to the general public, gathering your personal belongings, & making an exit from the client's venue or residence.) BY LAW, AFTER 10 MINUTES OR 2 SONGS PLAY A CLIENT MUST START TIPPING THEIR ENTERTAINER OR THAT ENTERTAINER HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE SESSION. If your clients complain about this rule, make sure you let them know that it is a federal entertainer's law & it is not a random rule TAMS©️ just made up. Obviously, if someone books, for example, a three (3) hour session you are obligated to stay a minimum of thirty (30) minutes or a six (6) song play duration before requiring tips. Please note: that you will ALWAYS attract more flies with honey than vinegar. Try to refrain from acting entitled & rude towards clients over the tipping policy especially in the event of a simple misunderstanding. You are an independent contractor & you keep 💯% of your tips. It does not benefit TAMS for you to put a bad taste in a client's mouth because you are being demanding over tips. As a reputable firm, we are legally required to make you aware of the applicable entertainer's laws regarding tipping. On the other hand, TAMS' phone operators do not have time to break down every single policy to every single client that is schedules an appointment 24/7 Nationwide. Within this industry, there's definitely going to be occasional confusion which can lead to. It's your responsibility to be able to explain policies to your clients in an acceptable manner which will facilitate in you making tips 🆚️ making an angry client who will never want to order any Angel ever again.
F. While performing at parties or events, your client(s) definitely expect you to keep necessary smoke breaks &/or time in the bathroom/applicable bedroom to an absolute minimum. If you are entertaining for an event or party, please be conscious of your time away from the party for smoke breaks & time in the bathroom/allocated bedroom as this can impact the guest’s experience & alter their reviews. Breaks are not allowed by Entertainers for any sessions under three (3) hours.
G. Please keep your mobile phone close to you for security reasons or in case the office needs to urgently contact you regarding a consecutive session. However, they are NOT to be used excessively for personal use while at appointment’s location. Your client should receive your undivided attention during sessions.
H. Every client MUST be given a business card. A minimum of 5 business cards are to be handed out at all parties or events. Contact management if your business card supply gets below 15-20 card count.
BEHAVIOR
a. No bitching/fighting. You must maintain professional team-like behavior. Personal issues must stay at home. We will not let our work place be affected due to personal conflicts amongst our Angels.
b. Drug use is strictly not tolerated on the job.
c. While one social drink is acceptable, you are not permitted to get drunk or in a state where your behavior/perception is altered. You are not to assume drinks provided at parties are for your consumption without host’s permission. Any complimentary drinks are not to be taken away from the job.
d. FRIENDLY REMINDER: At no time during work hours or at the work location are you allowed to hook up with clients or engage in acts of prostitution, exchange numbers for any reason, or offer rides in your own personal car.
e. You are NOT to bring friends or contacts from other agencies to any of your bookings with the intention that they will be allowed to work. This will result in immediate termination.
f. You must not wear, exhibit, or hand out anything which represents another firm or business. Twisted Angel’s Merchandise is available at www.twistedangelsusatrinkets.com. We highly suggest you purchase pins & dancer bags to differentiate our Entertainers.
G. You have been contracted & represented as an entertainer. You must be engaged with the guests & party activities. If we receive more than 3 negative reviews about you, your contract with us will be terminated. Fines may be imposed by TAMS for any violations.
ATTIRE/PRESENTATION
a. The correct attire must be worn to, from, & at all sessions. Discreet Outer/Travel Wear ALWAYS required to protect client’s confidentiality. NO JEANS!
b. Presentation: hair neat, tasteful make-up, tanned & glamorous. EXCELLENT HYGIENE IS MANDATORY.
c. Lingerie attire: 2 piece set, full briefs, corsets, baby dolls tops, and similar. NO g-strings
d. Topless attire: Leggings, patterned stockings, hot pants, cupless corsets. NO g-string, underwear and mini skirts. Long pants and thin long sleeve cardigans (buttoned behind back) can only be worn if temperatures drop below 19 degrees and are required to work outdoors.
e. Nude attire: Cupless corsets and suspenders are suitable.
f. Footwear attire: Nice heals or flats if event is outside on grass, gravel, sand, or unstable surfaces. Strictly no ugg-boots, thongs, or sneakers.
h. If you are changing your look dramatically (hair color, hair cut, tattoos, plastic surgery etc) please discuss with TAMS' management in advance. You may have to pay for another photoshoot if the company deems necessary. Keep in mind, we will limit the number of alternative/tattooed girls we represent due to the limited work demand & load. Please keep in mind how your image will affect your workload within this industry.
TIPPING ETIQUETTE
a. Do NOT directly ask for tips prior to collecting initial booking fee & checking in. Being to demanding & forward might result in a client cancelling the session.
b. Never lowball yourself in regards to corresponding industry standards. Also, try not to obnoxiously attempt to overcharge a client to the point that the client believes you are detached from reality & becomes upset, offended, or belligerent. ALWAYS do your best to “make his pockets hurt.” lol
c. When collecting tips for a party, you must notify and include all other entertainers in the negotiations. The total amount must be agreed upon by all attending Angels prior to collecting.
CONFLICT MANAGEMENT:
A. For events, hosts sometimes fail to pass on information to their guests about our rules & expectations of Entertainers. Making a friendly announcement prior to starting your session is recommended so that each party guest is 100% aware of these prior to having a conflist to arise. It is your responsibility to set your own personal ground rules with your clients before they are able to be breached.
B. We have a 3-step process to follow if you feel uncomfortable at a job &/or are being disrespected in any way.
1st : Warn the guest who is provoking you.
2nd : Notify the host of the guest’s misbehavior.
3rd : Call the firm and have client call on their own phone. A merged call will occur where I will grant the Angel the right to leave with full pay. NO refunds are ever issued especially in instances where a client is soliciting or making an Angel uncomfortable.
C. You are NEVER expected to stay at booking where you feel compromised. If you do choose to leave, then, do so immediately. Do not refund anything ever! Please notify our management on your decision immediately so we can put you back on the roster & not compromise our safety monitoring procedure. REMINDER TAMS' CODE WORD TO DISPATCH LAW ENFORCEMENT IS: "ENERGY DRINK." SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY.
D. Photography of any kind is not tolerated at parties unless all Entertainer’s private areas are totally covered & all Angels present have agreed to it. It is best to encourage all guest’s phones to stay in their pockets at all times to avoid confusion.
REPORTING & OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. You must report any behavior from sub-contractors that are considered unacceptable. We pride ourselves on refining our team & we can't achieve this without us working together. All reports submitted will remain confidential.
b. Stolen money or damaged property is to be reported immediately along with whom you are working with. The company is not responsible for any loss or damages made to your property. We highly recommend that you keep all valuables including money, securely stowed in a discrete location or lockable container.
c. Any borrowed/owed work property (ie drops or card readers etc) is your responsibility & you will be charged by TAMS©️ for losses and damages. Borrowed property must be returned immediately & we have the right to withhold work or pay from you until supplies are returned or you have fully paid for a replacement.
d. You must NOT post any Facebook posts that advertises other comparable agencies or clubs. You are NEVER to personally attack any Angels, members of TAMS' management, our clients, or any other contractors of TAMS©️ at any time online, on any social media platform, or on any public/private outlets.
