GET YOUR RANGE PASS VIA EMAIL:
If you hold a current DoD CAC, download & fill out this Excel sheet and send to javier.f.chavez.civ@army.mil & billy.r.garner1.civ@army.mil. You can add multiple people on the form.
If you do NOT hold a DoD CAC, download & fill out this Excel sheet AND this Excel sheet the one above and send to javier.f.chavez.civ@army.mil & billy.r.garner1.civ@army.mil. This will start the Background check process which is required for anyone visiting WSMR without a valid CAC.
Once Javier/Billy get your SIGNED Form 102 (Range Pass), please keep this document with you in printed or Digital form at all times!

Submit your visit request through DISS using the following info:
SMO/DISS Code: W04WAAMTSX
POC/Range Sponsor: Jacob Lara, Jacob.a.lara.civ@army.mil, 575-323-1322 (or replace with other WSMR Test Officer you are working with)
Start and end dates of actual visit
Purpose of Visit: List 5 W's (who, what, where, when, why)
Security POC: Javier Chavez & Billy Garner, 575-678-6167 or 575-678-0959
ON THE RANGE:
- Make sure you carry your approved Form 102 (Range Pass) with you at all times!
- This Range Pass is used to get through the WSMR Gate and for Unescorted Up Range Access (North of the US70)
- You can take this Form to BLDG 427 Security Office (see map above) to obtain a PIN number to the automated gates if you so desire (Oro Grande, SMR, Tula).
