    PLEASE NOTE: Pump Installation typically requires a lead time of 5 working days and are only carried out by Ecoflow technicians in certain areas. Urgent requests may incur a standard call out fee.

  • If you are experiencing a FLOODING event, please follow the below steps ‘if you can safety reach the alarm panel’

    1. Silence the alarm. The ‘Silence’ button is located on the bottom of the Alarm panel.

    2. Wait for the water to subside, then perform a reset by opening the alarm panel and turning the power switch off then on again.

    3. If the red light is still on 1hr later or the Alarm sounds then call Ecoflow. We will help determine if a technician needs to visit the site. Callout fees will apply.
