  • Need to book in a system for Pump Installation and Start-up (commissioning)?

    PLEASE NOTE: Pump Installation typically requires a lead time of 5 working days and are only carried out by Ecoflow technicians in certain areas. Urgent requests may incur a standard call out fee. In most cases, the invoice for the system MUST be paid in full prior to Ecoflow scheduling the start-up.

  • Please Note: If your Alarm Panel has not been installed, you will need to arrange this before booking your Pump Installation.  

  • Has Power been connected to the Alarm Panel and In-house circuit breaker turned on?*

  • Please Note: If your power has not been connected to the Alarm Panel you will need to arrange this before booking your Pump Installation.  

  • Is the Tank installed, discharge line connected to the receiving network and boundary-valve (red lid) visible and accessible?*

  • Please Note: If your discharge line has not been connected to the receiving network you will need to arrange this before booking your Pump Installation.

  • If you are experiencing a FLOODING event, please follow the below steps ‘if you can safety reach the alarm panel’

    1. Silence the alarm. The ‘Silence’ button is located on the bottom of the Alarm panel.

    2. Wait for the water to subside, then perform a reset by opening the alarm panel and turning the power switch off then on again.

    3. If the red light is still on 1hr later or the Alarm sounds then call Ecoflow. We will help determine if a technician needs to visit the site. Callout fees will apply.
