We are so excited you've decided to register your pet for boarding services at Stay at Park West Vet. Please be sure to read and sign the policy agreements below to ensure that boarding is right for your pet.
In consideration for your pet(s), you agree to all the policies, procedures, release, terms and conditions set forth below.
All dog(s) must:
- Be current on the following immunizations: Rabies by law of municipality, DHPP, Canine Influenza annually and Bordetella bi-annually
- Be current with an annual intestinal parasite screen
- Be at least 4 months of age
- Unspayed females must be outside active heat cycle
- Be in general good health and free of ticks and fleas
- Complete the Stay! Compatibility Evaluation to our satisfaction in its sole discretion prior to their stay
- Be leashed when entering and exiting Stay!
- Be current on one of our approved flea preventative products and be able to provide proof of purchase
All cat(s) must:
- Be at least 4 months of age

- Be current on one of our approved flea preventative products and be able to provide proof of purchase
Fleas and Ticks
We require verification that all pets staying with us are current on an approved flea prevention product. If not on approved prevention, a dose of flea prevention will be given and charged for at the time of check-in. Approved products include: Bravecto, Trifexis, Comfortis, Advantage Multi, Revolution, Nexgard, or Simparica.
Boarding
Every canine who stays with us will be let out four times a day and fed twice (once in the morning and once at night). A staff member will maintain the kennels while the pet is in our care and make sure the pet is comfortable during their stay.
Every feline who stays with us will be checked on three times a day and fed twice a day (once in the morning and once at night). A staff member will maintain the condos while the pet is in our care and make sure the pet is comfortable during their stay (i.e. keeping litter boxes clean throughout their stay).
Canine Boarding Packages:
Canine Classic Package - $75/night
- 1 included activity time session each day
- Room Service - gourmet quality veterinary diet provided
- Turndown Service - daily housekeeping with fresh linens and a turndown Kong treat
- Medication administration included, if needed
- Soothing Fear Free music played in the evenings to alleviate anxiety & stress
- Concierge medical care provided at no cost for anything occurring while boarding
- On-call veterinarian 7 days a week
- Complimentary go-home bath with 5-night stay or longer
- Temperature controlled indoor play area
- Outdoor K9 Grass play yards
Canine Social Package - $83/night
- **This package includes all things listed in the Classic Package,
but their activity time will be substituted with a hand-picked social group play session.**
- This is a daily 30-60 minute, customized group playtime that allows them to socialize with dogs of similar temperament.
- This package also includes unlimited access to our new TVs for in-suite mental stimulation during their downtime with K9 TV.
Prices are for single pets. Additional pets sharing the same suite receive a 25% discount.
Need a late check-out (after 1pm)? We can accommodate that! Just add $29 per pet to your total.
Feline Boarding Packages:
Feline Premier Package - $41 /night

Food
Pet(s) will be fed with the food provided by our facility. If an owner elects to bring in their own pet’s food due to food sensitivities, we require owners bring the food for their pet in a sealed bag or container and ensure the pet will have enough for their stay. If not enough food is provided, we will use the food provided by our facility.

Medications
We are happy to administer medications for pets up to three times a day. You must provide the medication in an original container with the prescription label that matches your instructions. Stay! will not accept medication in daily pill boxes or Ziploc bags. You must provide instructions if your pet takes medications in a certain way (pill pocket, peanut butter, etc.) and provide those items.
Personal Property
During your pet(s) stay with us we will provide your pet with clean bedding and bowls daily. We kindly ask that you do not bring items with your pet that are valuable or irreplaceable. Stay! at Park West Vet will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property belonging either to you or your pet. If your pet causes any personal property damage to our facility, another guest's property or otherwise, you will be liable for the full cost of all treatment, repairs and replacements.
Concierge Medical Care
Concierge medical care includes any injury or illness that occurs to a patient while in our care, due to boarding circumstances. This may include but is not limited to stress diarrhea, vomitng, paw pad or toe nail injuries, or upper respitatory symptoms. Should injury or illness occur, your pet will be examined by one of our on-staff veterinarians to determine a diagnosis and create a treatment plan for your pet.
Medical Waiver
You understand and feel comfortable with Stay!'s boarding policies. You Fully understand that: (a) There are inherent and potential risks involved with interactions between humans and pets, as well as between pets and other pets, which may result in property damage or bodily injury including but not limited to, permanent disability, sickness or death to human or pet; and (b) There may be other risks not known to you or Stay!, nor readily foreseeable at this time (Collectively, "risks"). You fully accept and assume all risk and responsibility for all risks, including, without limitation, all losses, costs and damages incurred as a result of your pet's participation at boarding, including any veterinarian expenses incurred on behalf of or caused by your pet. "Sickness" includes any illness not limited to Bordetella (Kennel Cough), Canine Influenza, Feline Herpes, Feline Calicivirus, FELV, Bloat, or any other form of contagious disease.
Shared Space Waiver
If it is requested that your pets be boarded together in the same suite during their stay with us, you must agree to the following conditions. You understand that there will be times when your pets are not under direct supervision and assume the risks that can or may arise. These could include: a disagreement with another dog/feline in the suite/condo, and injury to oneself or others. If this occurs you agree to allow Park West Veterinary Associates to treat your pet(s) and understand that you are responsible for the cost of that treatment. You allow the staff members at Stay! to separate your pets for the rest of their stay and understand that if needed, you will no longer be able to board them together for future visits.
Fees
You must pay for all services and products by credit card, cash or check. All payment is due at the time you pick up your pet from boarding. You give your express permission for Stay! to charge any credit card you provided for unpaid services or products upon the date services were supposed to have been completed. You further agree to pay any collections costs and the cost of any returned or challenged check or debit charges.
Cancellation Policy
Boarding reservations not cancelled within 4 (four) days during NON-peak times will incur a cancellation fee equal to a one night stay or loss of the prepaid deposit.
Boarding reservations not cancelled within 6 (six) days of the arrival date during the PEAK times listed below will incur a cancellation fee of equal to a one night stay or loss of the prepaid deposit.
