  • We want to know when therapy is going well and when there are issues or concerns. You can contact us directly by speaking with Kaysie or our administration directly in person, in writing, or by phone to discuss your concerns. You can also submit this feedback form.

    Once we receive your feedback we will endeavour to work with you, and if appropriate take action as soon as possible. We will contact you within a week to discuss the feedback with you and advise of any actions taken.

  • If you have concerns that the Speech Pathology Australia’s code of ethics has been violated, you can submit a compliant to Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). Information on the SPA code of ethics can be found online freely.

    If you are receiving services through a NDIS plan, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission by phone 1800 035 544 or by visiting www.ndiscommission.gov.au  

    If you have concerns that the National Code of Conduct for health care workers has been breached, you can contact mail@hadsco.wa.gov for additional information.

    You may seek support from family, a friend, support worker, support coordinator, or an independent advocate in making a compliant. You can find an independent advocate through the Disability Advocacy Finder  https://disabilityadvocacyfinder.dss.gov.au/disability/ndap/
