• Participate in & contribute to activities/events planned for the students
• Contribute to an environment where learning can succeed

• I agree to comply with the requirements listed above, the University’s expectations of conduct, health and safety protocols, and other rules of the Scott & White School of Nursing at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor that are provided to me as a participant in Explore.
• I understand that no alcohol or drugs are allowed on campus, other than my own prescription or over-the-counter medications used for their intended legal purpose.
• I pledge that I will commit the time & energy required to make Explore a successful experience.
• I understand that if I fail to meet the requirements listed above, I will be dismissed from Explore, that no refund will be provided to me & that I will be responsible for returning to my place of residence at my own expense. 
• I understand that circumstances may change suddenly. The governor or other federal, state or local official may direct the University to shift its operations, or the University’s administration may consider it necessary to revise, cancel, interrupt, and/or change the format as a matter of health and safety or for other reasons related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The University reserves the right to make these changes.
