Expectations

Let's make sure we are on the same page!
Some expectations from us of our Partner :
- You will always treat clients & customers with respect & honesty. We are very clear, direct, and upfront and we expect you to be the same.
- We expect open lines of communication if there are ever issues and that we can work on them together to present a united front to the client.
- We know that we are not the right fit for all clients (we are digital only, command higher rates because of the specialty that we have tax strategy, etc.). Note, that doesn't mean we can't connect your referrals with our other referral partners (bookkeepers, CPAs for smaller clients, etc.) - let's keep our eyes open to all opportunities (we have commissions from some of our other partners and are happy to share those with you as well!).
- We expect you to participate! Events, the FaceBook group, Calls, Training Opportunities, etc, etc. We are happy to do the same if it means we will all grow our businesses!
- We expect, from our partners, that they will keep us primary in mind when dealing with their clients, friends, family, etc. Participating, Communication, and Training are all a part of the things that we believe lead to the ability to properly, frequently, and emphatically grow our businesses together. The number of referrals is not as important as the quality, fit, and overall awesomeness.
