A $25 processing fee applies to refund requests made at least 10 days prior to the start of the training. A 50% refund is available thereafter. Please note that no refunds will be issued after the start of the training. If the training is cancelled by the presenters you wil receive a full refund.

If I used an agency email I may miss handouts and confirmations.
I have read the refund policy (above) and understand that no exceptions can be made to this policy.
I understand that this is a LIVE online CONTACT training, and that I will need to be on camera and participating in all experiential activities in order to receive CEs, as well as complete a post-test.
