I can confirm that I have handed my key/card back to my Accommodation Team, or arranged to leave them in a secure location, and understand that by doing so:
- By handing my key/card back to Cloud Student Homes I am surrendering my tenancy and I will not be returning to the accommodation - please note this does not affect your rental payments and all monies are still due
- I have cleared out all my personal belongings and confirm that Cloud Student Homes can dispose of anything that has been left behind in my room
- If there is anything left in my room that was not provided by Cloud Student Homes, then there will be a charge £10 per bag removal from my deposit
- My room should be handed back to Cloud Student Homes in the same condition that it was provided to me in and that deductions will be taken from my deposit if my room is dirty or if any items have been damaged
- On signing this I am aware that Cloud Student Homes has 30 days to return my deposit following the end of my tenancy agreement, which may differ from my check out date.
- If the keys have not been received by the Accommodation Team then i am liable for the cost or deduction from my deposit for the replacement key.
