2023 Gobble Squabble: Event Day Preparations

Bearbotics and Monumental Impact look forward to having you on Saturday, November 19th, at Grace Best in Monument. The main events will be held in the gym next to the "Bear Cave" along and concessions will be available in a separate room in the same building. We are asking exhibitors to be available and ready for visitors from 10am-12pm, not the whole day.

We have a few requests below to make this event a success for all of us!

We are keeping our website up to date with our tentative agenda for the day.

Monumental Impact is located at 55 Adams St., Monument, CO 80132. Parking is available to the north and west of building. Please enter through the double doors on the east side of the building. Unloading and loading can occur on the east side of the building.

We are asking participants for help in regards to tables, chairs, extension cords. You will be on a gym floor. Please make sure tables and chairs have rubber feet.

We will bring our own tables.We need Bearbotics to provide us a table.We aren't planning to have or want a table for our area.

Compliance with Safety Protocols
We, as a group, participating at the Bearbotics/Monumental Impact facility in D38 in Monument, Colorado, will comply with all these requirements pertaining to safety protocols:

Participants will follow all safety protocols when handling and working a robot or any mechanical moving apparatus.
Anyone within the Pit Area or within 3 feet robot demonstration / match play area will wear safety glasses when in the gym.

These Safety Protocols are required to participate in the event.
