Q - Can I select my monthly draft payment date?
A - Yes and No. You can determine which day of the month your payments are deducted from your account. However, the final payment due date can not be changed.
So if for example, you elect to have your payments deducted from your account on the 15th of the month for 6 months but the final payment due date is on the 2nd of month six, for months 1 thru 5 the payment would be deducted on the 15th as requested. But the final payment would be deducted on the 2nd of month 6 because of the final payment due date.
So be mindful of this if you elect to schedule your payments for a specfic day each month. Note: If you do not elect to have payment deducted on a specific date, your automatic payment date will automatically default to the date that you registered for your trip. For example, if you register on the 7th of the month, your automatic payment will deducted on the 7th of each month with the exception of the last payment as the final payment will be deducted on the date its due if that payment due date falls after your scheduled monthly payment.
Q - Does the automatic monthly draft automatically stop when my Trip is paid in full.
A - We set the automatic billing payments up to end when your balance is paid in full on your trip. This date will correspond to the date month and date all payments are due by. This means that if we first announce a trip in Feb. but you don’t book your trip until May and the trip has to be paid off by Dec, your automatic billing plan will be for 6 months instead of 9 months like the folks that booked in Feb.
Q - Can I setup a single recurring payment to cover multiple people?
A- Yes, if you are registering for (2) people at the time of registration, your automatic monthly payment amount will be based on (2)people.
Q - Will I receive a receipt/acknowledgement when my recurring monthly payment is received by XTD Travel?
A - A receipt for each payment will be provided and the charge will appear on your credit/debit card statement from Xceptional Travel Destinations (XTD) Travel.

Recuring Payment Plan Acknowledgement Statements:
- When you setup your automatic monthly payment plan using the automatic recurring payment button (which you will do when you pay your initial payment), please be advised that you are authorizing XTD Travel to charge regularly scheduled monthly charges to your credit/debit card in the accordance with the reccurring payment plan that you setup.
- You agree to and acknowledge that no prior notification will be provided for your monthly recuring payment charge.
- If your payment date falls on a holiday or weekend, you acknowledge that you understand that the payment will be deducted on the next business day.
- You understand that the charging of transactions against your credit/debit card account must comply with applicable provisions of U.S. law.
- You acknowledge that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card used to setup your automatic recurring payments and that you will not dispute the monthly charges so long as they are made in accordance with the information contained in this Recurring Payment Plan FAQ/Acknowledgement Form
