Once we have received your reservation request, you will be emailed a deposit form to secure your birthday party date & time.
PLEASE NOTE: The deposit form expires 3 days after emailed to you.
Cost for birthday party package:
- Non-refundable deposit of $50 for change of day or cancellation due at time of booking.
- Final party package payment of exclusive gym hire at $95 per hour and cost per child (depending on number of children attending - please see table below) due one week prior to birthday party.

Frequently asked questions.
- What ages are able to attend the birthday party? No age limit as long as they are walking. All kids under 5 years of age must have their parents present to assist them throughout the circuits.
- What should the children wear? Children should wear clothes they are able to do gymnastics in. Dresses and skirts should be avoided as this can be a safety hazard. Additionally, children's hair should be tied up and out of their face and no jewellery should be worn as this can damage the child and the equipment.
- Can siblings/siblings of guests attend the birthday party? Yes, just as long as they are registered and have been paid for. Non-registered guests will not be able to play on the equipment or be in the gym until a late registration fee of $35.00 is paid on the day.
- Do parents of guests need to stay for the party? Our facility is strictly a drop-off pick-up facility. Only the parents of the birthday child are able to attend the party. However, as mentioned above, children who are unable 5 must have their parents present to assist them.
- Can we select the theme of the party? Yes, themes can be requested for the gymnastics and games program.
- Is there parking on the premise? Yes, we have parking on the premises.
Gymnasium rules
- At EGA it's our duty of care to limit the number of adults in our gymnasium for child protection.
- All of our coaches have a valid Working with Children Check and have completed all required child safety courses.
- The gymnastics party for school-age children is drop-off and pick-up (please make sure this is stated on your invitation).
- Premises will need to be vacated by the pre-determined finish time. Any extra time will occur a $15.00 for every 15min. ($1.00 per minute)
- Please make sure all guests' parents are waiting outside 15min prior to finish time to allow for ease of pick up of guests.
- There is STRICTLY NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE GYM. Only water bottles are permitted. Please make sure guests bring their own water bottle - We have kitchen facilities to refill any empty water bottles. A $120.00 cleaning fee will be required for any food or drink dropped on the gymnastic flooring.
- At the end of the party, the gymnasium will be closed off and no guests will be permitted to play on the equipment.
