    About Us
    Recruiting 4 USA is a South African recruitment agency that assists qualified applicants in obtaining legal seasonal employment in the United States through the H-2A (Agricultural) and H-2B (Non-Agricultural) visa programs.

    Our role is to:

    Recruit qualified workers
    Match applicants with suitable U.S. employers
    Assist with the visa process
    Guide you through every step until you depart for the USA
    Selection is based strictly on your skills and work experience.


    Available Jobs:  Most positions are in agriculture and include:

    Harvesting  -  Planting - Irrigation - Tractor operation
    Combine harvesting - Farm equipment operation
    Livestock - Dairy - Tree crops - Nurseries


    We also regularly recruit for:

    Mechanics - Construction - CDL/Truck Drivers - Veterinary Assistants
    Other skilled positions


    Minimum Requirements
    ✔ At least 3 months relevant work experience

    ✔ A valid driver's licence (Code B/Code 8 or higher)

    Applicants with Code EC/Code 14 or truck-driving experience generally have more opportunities, but it is not required.


    Contract Information
    Contract lengths vary depending on the employer and season.

    Typical contracts range from:

    1 month up to 10 months

    Main working season:

    February – December

    Accommodation depends on the employer and contract and may be available at a fixed weekly cost.


    After You Submit Your Application
    Once your application has been submitted:

    You'll receive a confirmation email.
    You'll also receive an edit link so you can update your information in the future.
    We recommend updating your application annually so employers always see your latest experience.
    We then market your profile to employers throughout the United States.

    Because hiring depends on employer demand and your experience, we cannot estimate how long it may take before you receive a job offer.

    If you decide that you no longer wish to work in the USA, please notify us so we can stop marketing your application.


    Employer Interviews
    If an employer is interested in your application:

    We will contact you.
    An interview will be arranged.
    Most employers prefer a normal telephone call.
    Some employers may use WhatsApp or video calls.
    If the employer decides to hire you, we will begin the visa process and assist you with the remaining arrangements.


    Costs
    Application
    ✅ Applying through Recruiting 4 USA is FREE.


    U.S. Visa Fee
    You will pay the U.S. Consulate directly.

    MRV (Consular fee):

    Approximately US$205

    This amount is normally refunded after you arrive in the USA.


    Flight Ticket
    Estimated cost:

    Approximately US$1,500

    Employers reimburse the flight ticket after you arrive and meet the terms of your employment agreement.

    If you leave your employment early without completing your contract, you may be responsible for repaying this amount according to your employment agreement.


    Medical Insurance
    While working, you are covered by your employer's Workers' Compensation for work-related injuries.

    This does not cover you outside working hours.

    We strongly recommend purchasing your own travel or medical insurance for personal time in the USA.


    Pocket Money
    We recommend bringing approximately US$300 for food and personal expenses until your first salary is paid.


    Estimated Total Funds Required
    Before departure you should have approximately:

    US$1,790

    This includes:

    Flight ticket  -  Visa fee - Pocket money
    Estimated amount in South African Rand:

    Approximately R30,000 – R45,000 (depending on exchange rates and flight prices)

    Complete Your Application Carefully

    The more detailed your experience, the easier it is for employers to match you with suitable positions.


    Upload a Professional Photo
    A clear, professional photo creates a positive first impression.

    Remember:

    The employer is hiring a person—not just reading a résumé.


    Upload a Work Video (Optional but Highly Recommended)
    Applicants who include a work video often receive more interest from employers.

    Examples:

    I, the undersigned applicant, confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the following:

    Accuracy of information
    I certify that all information provided in my résumé, application and supporting documents is true, complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Recruiting 4 USA cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay or adverse outcome resulting from information that I submitted which is incorrect, incomplete, misleading or false.


    Skills and experience
    I confirm that I possess the skills and experience listed in my application and that, if hired, I am capable of performing the duties and responsibilities of the position offered to me.


    False or misleading information
    I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in the withdrawal of a job offer, termination of my employment, cancellation of my placement and my return to South Africa at my own expense, subject to applicable laws and procedures.


    Seasonal employment and contract commitment
    I understand that any employment offered is temporary and seasonal and will be governed by my employment agreement and applicable laws. I agree to work until the end of my contract and to return to South Africa when my authorised employment and visa period expires.


    Failure to complete my contract
    I understand that abandoning my position or failing to complete my contract without a lawful or valid reason may result in termination, reporting to the relevant authorities and loss of eligibility for future placements.


    Change in circumstances
    Before accepting a contract, I will carefully consider my circumstances and confirm that I am able to fulfil the commitment. If my circumstances change, or I accept another job offer through a different agency and can no longer fulfil the contract, I will immediately notify Recruiting 4 USA and the employer directly.


    Visa and travel costs
    I confirm that I have sufficient funds available for the necessary visa and travel-related expenses, including an estimated visa application fee of US$205 and airfare of approximately US$1,000–US$2,000, where applicable. I understand that fees and travel costs may change.


    Copy of visa
    I agree to send Recruiting 4 USA a clear copy of my visa immediately after receiving my passport from the consulate.


    Travel arrangements
    I will not book any travel without prior approval from my employer and Recruiting 4 USA. If I purchase an unauthorised ticket, I may be required to cancel or change it at my own expense. Any travel costs submitted for reimbursement must be approved by the employer, and reimbursement will be subject to the employment agreement and applicable H-2 program requirements.


    Drug and alcohol policies
    I agree to comply with my employer’s lawful drug and alcohol policies. I understand that a positive drug test or violation of these policies may result in disciplinary action or termination, subject to the employer’s policy and applicable law. I may be responsible for my return travel expenses where permitted by law and the employment agreement.


    Health and physical requirements
    I confirm that I am physically able to perform the essential duties of the position for which I am hired. I agree to disclose any medical condition or limitation where legally required and where it may affect my ability to perform the work safely.


    Medical expenses and insurance
    I have been advised to obtain appropriate international health insurance before departure. I understand that I may be responsible for medical expenses unrelated to a workplace injury or occupational illness. Neither Recruiting 4 USA nor the employer will be responsible for non-work-related medical expenses except where required by law or the employment agreement.


    Compliance with United States laws
    I agree to comply with all applicable United States federal, state and local laws. I understand that unlawful conduct, arrest or a legal violation may result in disciplinary action, termination, immigration consequences or deportation proceedings, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. I acknowledge that I may be personally responsible for expenses arising from my unlawful conduct.


    Protection of personal information
    I consent to Recruiting 4 USA collecting, processing, storing and sharing my personal information, where reasonably necessary for recruitment, placement, visa facilitation, travel coordination and related administrative purposes, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

    Final acknowledgement
    I confirm that I have read and understood all the information provided to me. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and agree to comply with the above terms.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND APPLICANT INDEMNITY
    I understand and acknowledge that Recruiting 4 USA acts as a recruitment, placement and visa-facilitation service and is not my employer, an immigration authority, a United States consulate, an airline, an insurer or a medical provider.

    Recruiting 4 USA does not control and cannot guarantee:

    selection or employment by a United States employer;
    approval, refusal, processing time or issuance of any visa;
    the actions or decisions of an employer, government authority, consulate, airline, travel provider or other independent third party;
    flight schedules, cancellations, delays, missed connections or loss of luggage;
    continued employment, the full duration of a contract or any particular level of earnings; or
    circumstances arising after my placement that are beyond the reasonable control of Recruiting 4 USA.
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recruiting 4 USA, its owners, directors, employees, representatives and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or financial loss arising from a third party’s action or decision, circumstances beyond Recruiting 4 USA’s reasonable control, or inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or false information supplied by me.

    I accept responsibility for checking that all information contained in my application, résumé, visa application and supporting documents is accurate before submission. I also accept responsibility for complying with my employment agreement, visa conditions and all applicable laws.

    I indemnify and hold Recruiting 4 USA harmless against claims, losses, penalties, expenses or reasonable legal costs arising directly from:
