We are an H2A and H2B recruiting agency that assists you in getting a legal job in the U.S.A. and makes all the arrangements for you. Our service to you is to obtain a permit for the position which you qualify for. Selection takes place strictly according to your relevant experience. Most work is farm work—harvesting, planting, and cultivating various crops in the USA. The season lasts from February to December, your contract could be between 1 month and 10 months, depending on a few factors. There are also car mechanic, livestock, and construction jobs. People with Code 14 / EC, or truck license get oppertunities faster, but it's not required, you just need to have at least code 8/Pickup licence. I need people with knowledge and experience. Minimum experience: 3 months.
We offer several contracts. H2a as well as H2b. H2a contracts include Accommodation and transport; H2b does not include Accommodation but transport. (Accommodation is available at a fixed amount - but it depends on your contract.) Once you have completed your application form in full and forwarded it to us (Submit) you will receive an email for confirmation. There is also an edit link if there is information you want to upgrade at some point. There needs to be an annual update so we have your latest experience.
We then send your information and experience to farmers/employers in the US for consideration and employment. Unfortunately we can not give any waiting period how long it will take before we get you a job. It depends on your experience and the demand in America. If you decide not to proceed with application for US, please let us know so that we can stop marketing you. As soon as there is interest, farmers will notify us and we will arrange an interview, for this you must contact the farmer via: A call to the USA. Few farmers have Whatsapp, Mostly will prefer a regular call. After this the farmer will inform us and we will start contacting you and make the necessary arrangements. Apply for your US work visa etc. Once your visa is approved you will be able to fly.

COSTS |
- The job application is free, but a payment to the Consulate is required of approximately ($ 190) (this amount varies as the exchange rate changes, (it is paid directly to the US Consulate) this is for an appointment to obtain a visa, It will still be your responsibility to convince the person who are interviewing you at the Consulate that you will be an asset to America and will definitely return to your home country as your work visa ends. You will be refunded this money apon arrival.
- Return flight tickets are round about $1300.00 The employer will refund the plane ticket's money apon arrival. If you do not finish your period with the employer, he / she will hold you responsible for repaying the flight ticket for him / her again. You will fly to the nearest airport to the employer.
- When you work, you will be covered by the employer's "workers compensation" for injuries. However, it does not cover you after hours. Therefore, you need to take out your own medical / travel insurance for after hours. Medical costs are hugely expensive in the US. So it would be wise to take out your own insurance, but it is not mandatory.
- Pocket money: It would be wise to have $300 of your own money to cover your living expenses until the first payment (Salary). You can exchange it at the airport before you fly. You only show your plane ticket and proof of address, to exchange your money for dollars or you can exchange it ahead of time at your bank, they will require a copy of your plane ticket as proof. It is always better to do it ahead of time. You can also make arrangements at your bank so they make sure your bank card can "swipe" overseas then you do not need to make money exchanges, although it would be wise to have a dollar or 2 in your pocket if something happens and your card does not work. I also suggest that you give someone you trust authorization on your bank account, in case there is something wrong with your card or account that someone can fix it here on your behalf while you are in US. Again someone you trust!
- If your application were to be approved, you would need to have $1790 (This is all of the above together. Flight ticket, consulate fee, Pocket money) ready, because that is what it will cost to get to the USA, depending on where you have to fly and what the exchange rate is, at that time. This will be paid in South African Rands depending on the exchange rate it will be round about: R 30 000 - R 35 000.
