DESIGN PROCESS: 

*Designs are done during the first 1-2 hours for a half session and 2-3 hours for a full session. These hours are already included in your session.

*If the reference you originally sent changes, we must be notified 3 days prior to your appointment. This is because the timeframe for the new design might be different.

* If we can not come up with the idea in the amount of hours allotted, we will need to charge you extra hours of design and possibly reschedule your appointment.
I understand that if I arrive 20 minutes late to my appointment, I am subject to cancellation as clients are scheduled back to back.I can only bring one or two companions to my appointmentI agree I cannot bring minors or pets inside the store due to Health code regulations.Any minor 16 years or above MUST bring notarized signed waiverI am aware that if I must cancel or reschedule my appointment, I should contact via email/phone at least 48 hours before my appointment time.I ACCEPT that if I Cancel or are a NO-SHOW to my session, I will LOSE my deposit and will have to pay a new one if I want a new date scheduled.I am aware that I must pay a minimum deposit of $100 (regular session) or $50 (mini session) in order to reserve and secure my appointment.
