You are able to upload your required admissions documents here.
Students seeking admission into the Dual Enrollment program are required to submit a recent copy of their high school transcript to CSM in order to demonstrate that they meet the program's minimum GPA requirements.

Students who do not meet the program's cumulative 2.75 GPA requirement, but who have at least a 2.50 GPA, can supplement their transcript submission with college-level SAT/ACT scores for consideration on a case-by-case basis.
