Our dedicated Members have continued to submit a 2% DMF fee to Tourism Canmore Kananaskis. To acknowledge their contribution, these members will be featured prominently in all of Tourism Canmore Kananaskis marketing channels.

This option is available to all area hotels, activity, retail and food & beverage providers.

Associate Membership

To take advantage of Tourism Canmore Kananaskis broad marketing through www.ExploreCanmore.ca, media, travel trade and meetings, our businesses can sign up as an associate.

Associate membership starts at $250 and is dependent on the number of staff working for the business. This option includes a basic listing in relevant categories on www.explorecanmore.ca.

2% Voluntary Marketing Contribution(Free one-time payment)

Full Tourism Canmore Kananaskis Membership. A 2% Marketing Contribution of your gross sales will be submitted through an independent trustee. The TCK team will contact you with a contract to finalize your sign up.

1 - 25 Employees: Associate Membership - annual payment($250.00 CAD for each year)

Basic listing on www.explorecanmore.ca. The membership will be automatically renewed annually. You will be able to cancel any time.

26 - 50 Employees: Associate Membership - annual payment($500.00 CAD for each year)

Basic listing on www.explorecanmore.ca. The membership will be automatically renewed annually. You will be able to cancel any time.

51 - 75 Employees: Associate Membership - annual payment($1,000.00 CAD for each year)

Basic listing on www.explorecanmore.ca. The membership will be automatically renewed annually. You will be able to cancel any time.

76+ Employees: Associate Membership - annual payment($1,500.00 CAD for each year)

Associate Membership Terms & Conditions
- Associate Membership is a one-year subscription with non-refundable fees billed annually.
- Pricing and product offerings are subject to change or can be discontinued without notice.
- Accuracy of Registration: The Business represents and warrants that (a) all information provided is correct and current; and (b) the business will notify Tourism Canmore Kananaskis (TCK) in a timely manner of changes in information. The Member agrees to provide verification of information to TCK from time to time upon request.
- Indemnification: {businessName} agrees to hold harmless and indemnify TCK, its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against all third party claims and legal proceedings of every kind whatsoever
- Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in the Province of Alberta from time to time and any proceedings in respect of it shall be brought and carried on before the courts of the Province of Alberta and all parties attorn irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
- Membership Communications: As a member of TCK, you will receive communications directly related to your membership, including governance notices such as AGM invitations and renewal reminders, and member engagement communications such as surveys, networking event invitations, and notices of TCK-hosted member activities. These communications are sent exclusively to TCK members as part of the membership relationship. If you wish to opt out of non-administrative communications, please contact us at membership@explorecanmore.ca.
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement is the entire agreement between TCK and the signing business regarding Marketing Services and the Account.
