Please make sure you are available at the phone number listed above. Due to the limited time alloted for our Telemedicine appointments, if we cannot reach you after two attempts, your deposit amount will be charged as a missed appointment fee and you will need to reschedule.
Telemedicine appointments do not take the place an exam that is required every 12 months. All patients need to be seen in the clinic by our DVM every 12 months to maintain the VCPR (Veterinary Client Patient Relationship), as required by the Veterinary Medical Board.
