All fees for services, medications, foods and supplies are due at the time of visit. Payment methods accepted are cash, check (for established clients only), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We do not offer payment plans. We do offer Scratch Pay, which offers simple and affordable payment plans for veterinary bills.
East Hill Veterinary Clinic strives to provide the highest quality medical care for your pet. In order to do so, we have implemented a cancellation and no-show policy. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another client the opportunity to obtain timely medical care for their pet.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be invoiced the examination fee of $59.99, which must be paid before any further appointments will be scheduled. We will not charge a cancellation or no-show if you have a valid reason such as illness, injury, land-slide, etc. Thank you for your understanding. Please allow 24 hours for medication refills.
