HES Foster Pet Personality Form
Foster parents help their fosters get adopted by finding out details about how they do in a home. Here is an easy survey you can fill out so we can accurately promote your foster pet!
Please fill out with as many details as you can. Write down anything that will help them stand out to potential adopters! The whole form is copied onto the pets profile; however, the pet bio is what will show up on the website. It only allows for a certain amount of characters. The form is used by the adoption staff when placing them with adopters.
