CANCELLATION/FAILURE TO SHOW POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me and they are reserved especially for you. I appreciate you being 5 mins early for your appointment. If you are 15 mins or more late, we will have to reschedule (you will incur a fee) or remove some portion of your appointment due to time constraints. This coud mean that I wont be abe to bow dry & style your hair & you will be leaving with wet hair, or you may have to reschedule your haircut for another time.
I understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, therefore, I require a 48 hour cancelation or rescheduling notice through my Vagaro booking system, in person or by text or phone calls ONLY. Social media messaging, emails, or other means of communication will not be considered valid notifications for canceling or rescheduling of any appointments.
Appointments are confirmed by your preference of either text or email, and a confirmation will be sent out 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
My fees are:
- Less than 48 hour notice= 25% of the scheduled appointment time.
- Under 24 hours= 50%of schedued appointment time
- Failure to show/ Failure to call=100% of the scheduled appointment time.
- 3 or more last minute appointment changes (with less than 24 hour notice) will result in you no longer being allowed to book online, pre-book, or otherwise.
- You will only be allowed to call the day of to see if there is any availability for an appointment.
Because all services are reserved especially for you, a cancellation fee will apply for any appointment canceled with less than a 48 hour notice and an invoice will be sent to the email on file.
