I want you to know that Paws for A Cause Ohio Valley is serious about you having your new pet spayed or neutered! We ask that you let us know when it is completed. We will follow up with you and or your veterinarian in 6 months per the contract you will be signing at the time of adoption. If not completed we have the right to to remove the cat(s).

- Please be aware that some veterinarians will require a phone call from you so that we may speak with them.
- If there is more than 1 veterinarian office you can let us know when you mesage our page after submission.
- We may have to reach out to you so that you can give them a call so besure to message our FaceBook page when you have completed the application.
- Please make sure you list your veterinarian and any other place your pet may have been given shots or spayed/neutered.
