Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, making each interaction memorable.
Opening and/or closing responsibilities including but not limited to: responsibility for key, opening and closing the store on a timely basis and according to schedule, balancing, opening/closing the till and responsibility for deposits as needed.
Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in finding the perfect items for their needs.
Develop proficiency in tagging/hanging procedures and restock store following merchandising plan. Maintain store displays and follow store housekeeping and maintenance standards and procedures.
Support store operations, including buying, selling, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment for all.
Embrace our "every customer, every time, no exceptions" mindset and exceed goals through genuine connections and effective communication techniques.
Exhibit appropriate selling procedures and effectively communicate to all customers our Buy Policy as well as our inventory needs.
