Your images can be shared on social media but we are not in the practice of re-publishing work.

Important. The images you submit MUST be exclusive to this submission.

This means the full shoot.

We are not interested in work where you do a shoot and send 4 images to one publication, 4 others to another publication and 4 others to another publication.

We ask for exclusive sets.

This includes slight wardrobe changes. A different hair flower or wardrobe changes in the same setting with the same makeup and hair application most often does not make the photos look different enough to most viewers.

If you are a model at a shootout with five different photographers working with you on the same nylon backdrop with the same wardrobe we will look at those photos as the same.

DO NOT submit the same session's work to multiple magazines. Should Retro Lovely Publishing accept and publish a submission we find published in another publication you may be banned from future submissions.

Please only submit multiple models when they appear WITH EACH OTHER in photos. If you are a photographer DO NOT submit 10 different models who are by themselves in each photo. In those cases make multiple submissions. This is for internal processing and tracking purposes. The same is true for models. DO not submit 10 images of yourself by 10 different photographers. Our submissions are based on "sets", not a retrospective of your work.

Please do not submit for a special theme on the day of the deadline.

WE NEED ALL RELEASES WITHIN 24 hours of a Theme's deadline. Including ALL individuals you list in the submission.
