  • Expression of interest- Extracellular Electrophysiology Acquisition

This course will teach you how extracellular electrophysiology acquisition works: how we detect tiny biological signals, amplify, filter, and finally digitize them. We won’t teach you what buttons to click to perform your specific experiment in the lab, instead we want you to understand what is happening in the setup when you do.

Building and simulating electronic circuits is a large part of the course. No programming or electronics experience is required, just curiosity and commitment.

For the course, you will need access to a Windows computer (so that we know our software will work) with a webcam and a stable internet connection for the online tutorials. All other materials will be provided in the NeuroKit.
