This Bill of Sale provides proof of purchase and legal ownership for one puppy from iHeart Mini Aussies. All sales are final. The person who is completing this form and must be the same person who has signed the Purchase Agreement. The person who has signed the Purchase Agreement is the legal owner of the puppy unless proven otherwise in a court of law. In some instances the person who PAID for the puppy is not the same person who has completed the PURCHASE AGREEMENT meaning the person who PAID for the puppy is NOT the legal owner.
Under no circumstances will we alter a Purchase Agreement or Bill of Sale after both buyer and seller have signed. If the puppy is sold, given, or surrendered to another party the legal owner will transfer. Health Guarentees will not transfer to another party in the event or owner transfers. iHeart Mini Aussies does NOT get involved with resales or ownership transfer in any way but simply makes these statesments as a reminder.
For purposes of this document "Legal Owner" represents the buyer and person who has completed the purchase agreement. The "BREEDER" represents the breeder or seller who sold the puppy. Term PUPPY represents the puppy sold to to the Legal Owner and may be idenfited by their Baby Puppy Name or New Puppy Name.
