Please note Your approval email may have had bulleted items for you to address in this report. Please look at that before submitting this report.
Reporting guidelines:
- Your report MUST be submitted by the due date
- If this report is submitted before the due date, it will not be reviewed by the committee until the due date.
- The committee has ten days to review this report
- If your report is NOT approved, your second installment is put on hold until you have submitted an approved response to the committee
