This form must be filled out for each student applying for financial assistance.

AVA Financial Assistance funds are distributed on a rolling basis, and should be filled out for each class you need financial assistance for. (If you are applying for youth camp financial assistance, it should be filled out once a season.)

Once this form has been filled out, someone from AVA will contact you shortly about the amount of financial assiatance funds we are able to award you. (It generally takes 7 to 10 days to process an application.)

Financial assiatance amounts awarded generally cover between 50% and 100% of class or camp tuition. Financial assistance funds only cover tuition; they do not cover any class materials fees or student's out-of-pocket materials expenses.
