Washington - Coalition Health Fair
The Pacific Health Coalition (PHC), also known as the Coalition, sponsors free annual health fair events. They provide plan participants and their covered family members with easy access to preventive care services.

Pre-registration is REQUIRED at all locations.
- Each eligible, covered employee, spouse and dependent over age 18 who would like an appointment for comprehensive lab tests must schedule an appointment.
- All tests are paid 100% by your health plan.
- Free flu shots are also available for health plan participants and their covered dependents, age 9 and older. The cost is fully funded by the Coalition.
- NOTE: High dose flu vaccine is not available.
To pre-register you must:
1. Choose your participating health plan as identified by the name and logo on your health plan ID card.
2. Choose the service(s) you would like to receive.
3. Choose the health fair location and date you wish to attend.
4. If you want to receive comprehensive lab tests, choose an appointment time.
5. Provide your correct contact information and mailing address information to receive your lab test results.
