    UCLA TAP Process Preparation Form

  • Are you planning to graduate as LPC as honors scholar and apply to UCLA TAP? An honors scholar is a student who completes at least 5 honors contracts in courses totaling at least 15 units while at LPC. Each course with an honors designation must earn at least an A or B to be counted. In order to apply to UCLA tap you must apply to UCLA by filling out the UC application and your major must be one of the non-restricted majors in the UCLA College of Letters and Science. Follow this link for more information. If you believe that you will qualify as a UCLA TAP Applicant from LPC, please fill out the form below. You should complete this form by November 30 of the year you plan to graduate.

    You will use the fields below to indicate those courses where you have successfully completed your honors project and earned a grade of A or B in that course. Please use a separate field for each course. You do not need to complete all 7 fields, just as many as you have completed honors contracts in. There will be a separate field for honors projects that are still in-progress for courses that are not yet completed.
