Hello potential future client! I appreciate you taking the time to support me and my art. This form exists to help ease the beginning phase of booking your tattoo appointment. Please fill this out as best you can and I will get back to you through email within a week of submission. Constantly persuing growth in this field, I am open to most styles of tattooing and most projects. That being said, I am most comfortable and most interested in the styles of: neo-traditional, semi-realism, Japanese traditional, cartoon/anime, watercolor, galaxy, or a mix of any of these together. I am comfortable doing both black and grey shaded and color tattoos, but very much prefer to tattoo in color. Content of the tattoo can be anything that fits those styles, but I will not tattoo photo realism, human portraits (animals are okay), anything hateful or discriminatory, anything dealing with animal abuse, hunting or fishing, and no names or dates unless they are of a family member.

I book from noon-6pm and available every day of the week, but on rare occasions will work outside of those parameters. If you need a time that is not listed above please tell me when and why.

INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR TATTOO!

I charge a minimum of $100 for a tattoo session.

I have a set rate of $180/hr, with a maximum of 6 hours per day.

Deposits are always $100 and will go toward the overall price of the tattoo.

Deposits are non-refundable at any time. This is to cover my time in the event you are unable to make your appointment. With that being said, I am still human, I understand illness, injury, and family emergency. If you communicate I am willing to work with your situation!

If you need to reschedule ahead of time, please do so no less than 72 hours before your appointment time. With enough notice I will move your deposit to another date. Less than 72 hours and your deposit will be lost.

More than one reschedule will result in a lost deposit.

No call, no show will result in a lost deposit.

Showing up later than 15 minutes from your set appointment time may result in your appointment being rescheduled. If this occurs your deposit will be lost and you will need to leave another deposit.

!!! If paying for your tattoo with a CARD, I offer financing. For a one time 6% charge you can split the total cost of your tattoo into, up to 4 equal payments. This can be spread out over a maximum of 6 weeks. !!!

Tattoo designs are produced within the week of your appointment, but to ensure my artwork is not stolen I cannot send the drawing beforehand. You will be able to see your design when you arrive for your tattoo. I always book enough time to make any small changes to the design if necessary. If the changes are too much or will take too long then we will reschedule to a later date. Tattooing requires trust and vulnerability from both parties. I hope that if you are coming to me for your permanent body art that you also trust in my ability to do so. If this concerns you, we can schedule a sit down consultation to go over some quick (rough) sketches for your general idea. Also, if at any point I feel like your tattoo would be best done by another artist, I will be sure to point you toward a trusted and professional artist who can accomplish your request.
