2025 Player Liability Waiver
Players that participate in any 2025 season of Durham Softball are required to complete this waiver. Everyone must complete this waiver for 2025, even if you played in 2024. To participate in any way with Durham Softball league, the undersigned must acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thanks for playing!
