Volunteer Safety Expectations
Wakeman Boys & Girls Club (WBGC) expects all employees and volunteers to conduct themselves in a manner which is in the best interests of the organization, its members and its employees. Employees and volunteers should know that any conduct which violates a WBGC policy, or which is not in the best interests of WBGC, will subject an employee or volunteer to discipline, up to and including separation with or without notice. Disciplinary actions are noted in the employee’s personnel file and volunteer records.

A violation of any of these policies and procedures is considered misconduct and appropriate disciplinary procedures will be initiated.
