Models will receive 5 edited digital images in an online gallery for download in exchange for their time. All poses, props, colors and styling for model calls will be chosen by Megan, The Newborn Lady.

The client understands that all photo sessions are documented on digital media and that partial or total loss of images is possible (this has not happened to date) and is inherit with their use. In the event of corrupted or lost data The Newborn Lady will schedule a re-shoot if possible, or issue a refund.

Gallery Delivery:

After the photo session, Megan will select the best images to be hand edited and included in the finished gallery. If the client wishes to purchase extra images from the model call session, a proofing gallery will be provided. Unedited photos can be selected from the proofing gallery for purchase. These images will then be edited and added to the finished gallery. Additional images from the model call may be purchased at a discounted rate of $20 per image.

Finished work from The Newborn Lady should not be edited or altered in any way.

The number of images in the gallery greatly depends on the temperament of all clients during the photo session.

The online gallery will be available to the client within a maximum of two (2) weeks, unless otherwise agreed on in writing in contract. Galleries will be available for download for two (2) weeks. A fee of $30 will be charged to re-open the gallery after this time frame for up to one year.

Illness:

If a client is ill, or showing any signs of illness, please let Megan know as soon as possible so that the session can be rescheduled. Megan will do her best to accommodate rescheduling a session if the client or Megan become ill.

If any client or visitor exhibits signs or symptoms of illness while in the studio, the person will be asked to leave, and the session will not be refunded. It is very important to let Megan know BEFORE the session, so that sessions can be rescheduled in the case of an illness.

Megan will wear a mask for the entirety of the session. Masks for studio visitors (does not apply to outdoor sessions) are required for the safety of all studio guests. Masks, hand sanitizer, soap and water are available for use during studio sessions.

The client understands that if the studio must close due to unforseen circumstances such as Covd 19, the model call will be rescheduled at the convenience of The Newborn Lady, LLC.

The Newborn Lady is not responsible for any injury or illness inflicted upon any participating parties. Clients will be responsible for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

I grant to The Newborn Lady, LLC, Megan Matula Photography, and affiliated vendors the right to use images from the photo session in all forms and media including but not limited to social media, websites, and written publications for advertising and commercial purposes.

I have read and understand the terms of this contract with The Newborn Lady, LLC. I am the parent or guardian to the minor named below. I have the legal right to consent to and do consent to the terms and conditions of this contract with The Newborn Lady, LLC.
