I understand that working as a volunteetr for PAWS and working with domestic animals can be hazardous or dangerous. I release PAWS, its officers, directors, and volunteers from all claims for personal injury or damages sustained or incurred in connection with or related to my activities as a volunteer for PAWS. I further understand that all persons under the age of 18, or others who accompany me are also held to these same standards.

Persons under the age of 18 will only be accepted to participate in PAWS volunteer program with the authorization of thier parent, legal guardian or caretaker. Minor children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.
