CHANGE OF DATE OR VENUE
Magnolia Manor must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or ceremony site location, at least one week prior to the scheduled date of the event. Notification of any changes should include a phone call to Courtney, at 720-891-8413 as well as an email sent to magnoliamanorvenuesc@gmail.com. Confirmation of receipt must be in writing. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all arrangements at least 7-10 days prior to the event.
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable retainer fee (50% of the selected package price for events within 6 months of the current date and 25% for events that are at least 6 months from the current date) is required to hold the date of your event. No date is reserved until a retainer and signed contract are received. The balance of the complete package price must be paid by the date specified herein. If final payment is not received as set forth herein, Magnolia Manor reserves the right to keep the deposit and any monies paid and cancel the event. Signing this contract and paying the deposit will reserve the venue for the identified date per the selected package. The deposit fee is applied towards the final contracted wedding package cost.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Effective for contracts signed after 7/10/25, a $1000 deposit will be collected 3 days prior to my event unless I provide proof of event insurance via email toMagnoliaManorVenueSC@gmail.com by that time.
CANCELLATION
There shall be NO refund of the deposit if more than 24 hours have passed from the time that the contract was signed. If the event is canceled within three months of the date, the client shall pay the balance of the contract due to the high probability that Magnolia Manor will not be able to further book that date. Once a balance is paid, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the client and Magnolia Manor. All arrangements will be documented in writing. Cancellation notifications must be provided in writing even if a phone call was made to inform the Magnolia Manor of the cancellation. The deposit amount will be transferable for up to 365 days after cancellation. The client agrees to not expect a new date to automatically be available. The client will be given the chance to reschedule but priority will be given to existing reservations.
