Access to workout plans will last for 12 weeks & the cost will be a one-time fee of $275 CAD. Please complete the SMART goal setting form listed in link options. Once I've gone over your responses, I will reach out to you with an invoice. As soon as payment is completed, I will then send over an invitation to my training app & provide you with the workout programs that you've requested, so you can get started.
