Registration:
Pre-registration and payment is required to hold placement and confirm your attendance for all classes at TSM Training Institute, INC. The student is responsible for any and all charges incurred by TSM Training Institute, INC (TSMI), including any collection cost associated with non-payment.
If you request a refund from your financial institution after agreeing with our refund policy and TSMTI receives a surcharge, you will not be allowed to register for any other courses unless you pay the surcharge and the course of choice in cash.
Withdrawal/Cancellation/Refunds/Postponement
Changes & Cancellations for Online Courses:
Whether the course is partially online or completely provided online as an eLearning course, all sales are final and refunds are not issued.
Changes & Cancellations for In-Person Courses:
Registrants who wish to cancel or withdraw from a course must notify LTS in writing. Written letter must be sent by email to info@tsmti.org, fax 978-237-5444, or drop off at TSMTI office. The letter will be received (not postmarked) by TSMTI at least (5) business days prior to the start of the course. Upon confirmation of the notification being received according to the above, a full refund minus $35 administrative cancellation/charge fee will be charged. Cancellations received less than (5) business days prior to the course start date are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Withdrawals or cancellations received during a course are non-refundable.
Non-payment of fee and/or no-show does not constitute “withdrawal” or “cancellation”. No-shows will be charged the full course fee. No refunds will be provided for withdrawals after the course begins.
Changes & Cancellations for Contracted Courses:
Companies who sign a contract for training course(s) Registrants who wish to cancel or withdraw from a course must notify TSMTI in writing. Written letter must be sent by email to info@tsmti.org, fax 978-237-5444, or drop off at TSMTI office. The letter will be received (not postmarked) by TSMTI at least (5) business days prior to the start of the course. Upon confirmation of the notification being received according to the above, a refund minus $300 administrative cancellation/charge fee will be charged. Cancellations received less than (5) business days prior to the course start date are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Withdrawals or cancellations received during a course are non-refundable.
Changes & Cancellations for Products Purchased:
All sales of products are final and refunds are not issued.
Changes & Cancellation by TSMTI:
TSMTI reserves the right to change instructors at its sole direction without providing notice to you. No section of these Terms will be affected by a change of instructor, nor will refunds be granted in the event of a change of instructor.
TSMTI reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses due to low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances (illness, weather, etc). In these rare instances, students will have the choice of your registration will be refunded in full, used for the next scheduled course, or be used for a different course of your choice equivalent to course fee. TSMTI is not responsible for travel expenses incurred by the participant in the event of cancellation or postponement. If you are pre-registered, TSMTI will attempt to notify you should a course be rescheduled or cancelled. Please ensure that TSMTI has your full contact information in case this happens.
