  • If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we require a 48-hour advance notice. An additional 24-hour grace period may be granted under extenuating circumstances. We have implemented this cancellation policy out of respect for your Service Provider’s time, in the interest of protecting our Team’s income potential, and to uphold a level of professionalism in our day-to-day operations and to better serve you if you are on a service wait list.
