Working With Children Check Number

We encourage all P&C Members and volunteers to obtain a valid Working With Children Check. They are free for volunteers, forms can be found on the Service NSW website and you will be required to submit forms and ID in person to your local Service NSW center. Alternatively a Working With Children Check Declaration can be filled and signed at the school office as per DoE Requirements.

I hereby apply for Membership of Jewells Primary School P&C Association and agree to be bound by the Constitution, Rules and By-Laws of the Association.

The Annual Membership Fee of $1.00 is payable with this application and entitles you to full voting rights.

OR place $1 in an envelope with your name and the words' P&C membership' and hand to the P&C Treasurer or School office staff.

A new member who pays their annual subscription (membership fee) for the first time at a P&C Association General or Annual General Meeting will not be eligible to vote at that meeting due to the register of members only being updated after each general meeting of the P&C Association. Once the register of members is updated they are considered a P&C Association member for voting purposes at the next P&C Association meeting.

Annual subscription (membership fee) paid to the Treasurer between meetings, will only be recognised as financial at the close of the next P&C Association General Meeting when the register of members is updated, and the person will be able to vote at all P&C Association meetings thereafter.
